Duke of Edinburgh banner

From the Digger History site:

"The most famous event in Australian Cadet history, the presentation of the Duke of Edinburgh Banner to the Corps of 46,000 cadets from Australia and Papua New Guinea, occurred on the 2nd of May, 1970."
Description by Tyskaorden2 at Flags Forum:
"I can add that on the Obverse one can see tha Cadet Corps Badge in the middle and i the inner Canton the Monogram of HRH the Duke of Edinburgh and in the outer the number 1970 which is the year of presentation. The reverse shows the Coat of Arms of the Commonwealth of Australia."
